Gatka Association District Rupnagar, proudly affiliated with Gatka Association Punjab and the National Gatka Association of India, is dedicated to promoting the traditional Sikh martial art of Gatka in the region. With over 250 registered players, the association has been consistently working towards nurturing talent and shaping skilled players who have already achieved remarkable success at both the state and national levels. Our mission is to provide proper training, discipline, and opportunities to young athletes so they can excel in this martial art and represent Rupnagar with pride. Looking ahead, our ultimate goal is to inspire and guide our players to work with such dedication and perseverance that they earn recognition and bring laurels at the international level.
Joining the Gatka Association, District Rupnagar, was the turning point in my journey. With their constant support and encouragement, I was able to compete at the national level.
